Please help!! Suddenly my arrow keys are only scrolling the page up and down instead of moving from cell to cell. It's the same spreadsheet I've been working in and I don't know what's happrned. Any ideas?? What's going on?

Toggle the scroll lock key on the keyboard. That should fix it.
